Shipping
When items are in stock (which they normally are) your order will ship within 2 business days.
Local orders: If you are placing an order and live locally, please email us to find out about free delivery options. We may be able to meet you in Cool or nearby with your items to save on shipping fees.
All other orders: Your items will be shipped via USPS Priority whenever possible. This is the fastest and most economical way to ship when available.
(Larger/heavier items such as bulk/wholesale orders may be shipped via UPS ground or another carrier.)
Charges are as follows:Purchases up to $25 = $9 shipping charge from $25.01 to $50 = $10.50 shipping charge from $50.01 to $100 = $12.50 shipping chargeRetail Orders over $100 ship for just $15!
Returns
Our items are non-refundable (because who wants to buy someone's returned bar of soap or feed their horses cookies that have been "who-knows-where"?!) If we made a mistake in the filling your order, please let us know and the error will be corrected a.s.a.p.
